  1. In regards to terminal knee extension with ACL repairs. I have been looking up lots of protocols and was curious why no terminal knee extension with weights is ever allowed

    1. It probably depends on the surgeon/protocol and what phase. I'd say once you can mobilize and stretch, you are safe to use weights although I prefer short lever vs long lever.
