It’s all in the HIPS. The hip is the powerhouse of the runner. Without a strong balanced hip, the chances of you charging down the pavement, pain free and in peak performance are vague. Strong hips can help pavement not just hip pain, but knee, low back, shoulder AND foot pain! Remember, it’s all in the hips.
