  2. Hey again Mark, thanks again for the reply. I know we discussed over Twitter, but I wanted to clarify here as well.

    Absolutely, the release is meant to improve mobility of the lat and teres major as they plug into the humerus and posterior capsule. I should have been more clear in te video.
