Coaching and Progressing Jumping - Phase 3: Advanced Double Leg Jumping



In Part 2 we covered introductory single leg jumping and progressions. In part 3 we’ll focus on more advanced double leg jumping and progressions. These are the progressions I like to use after athletes have mastered the basics in part 1. Take a look at some of my favorite jumps.
