Certainly overhead athletes would benefit from this, but anyone with shoulder issues, who works out with overhead motions, or in general has shoulders and shoulder blades, in addition to thoracic spines and cervical spines should perform these as part of their program.


Do not perform any of these exercises if you have pain with the motions as that could alter motor control/coordination and further associate shoulder motions with pain. Seek out a qualified physical therapist if you have pain.
