Kettlebell with a Twist
Kettlebells are a great tool to use for all kinds of strengthening, HIIT training, stability work, and motor control.
Here is regular contributor Chris Johnson, PT performing a bottoms up kettlebell exercise with trunk rotation. He also throws in some head/neck rotation which should be easier if that range is limited if you are focusing your attention on other patterns.
If this is too difficult for you, try lighter bells until you can hold the bottoms up position rock solid for up to two minutes.
