Quick Vid! Elbow Reset for Pain or Flexibility


If you have elbow pain in the joint - not on the outside or inside muscles, try this reset!

Make sure your wrist is planted and push with your other hand into full elbow extension. It may be uncomfortable, but should not be painful. The discomfort should improve with repeated extension, but it may take several sets. Repeat 10 reps hourly for 1-2 days. If your pain or flexibility does not change, as always, consult a physical therapist!

Note: this is a joint reset, it does not work as well with tendinosis like conditions such as Golfer's or Tennis elbow.
