Thank you for reading! I have really enjoyed blogging for the health professional over at The Manual Therapist. I thought I could share my knowledge and resources for the general public and also those patients who are seeking answers from practitioners who cannot help them.
I believe that your medical professional should be a great experience! You should feel at ease with their knowledge, and they should listen to you. We may not have all the answers, but if not, should be able to direct you to someone who does. Your physical therapy or any rehab should be one on one. If you are double or triple booked, you should seek care somewhere else, even if your doctor referred you there. Chances are, he doesn't know the quality of care isn't as good as it could be. What do they call the person who graduated last in class in PT, chiropractic, or med school? Doctor! Not all clinicians are created equal and by and large it is up to you to be a consumer of your own health.
